Legend has it that our founder, Bob Wagner, visited local floor covering stores when he was thinking about going into the flooring business and was asked what he knows about carpet. His reply, 'The fuzzy side goes up.'

Bob used that anecdote to title his memoirs, Fuzzy side up volume 1 and Fuzzy Side Up volume 2.
As a company, we honor Bob's witty response by using it to remind our customers and our employees that we do have a 'fuzzy side'. Our fuzzy side is one of the many ways we differentiate ourselves from the big box stores who seem to have lost sight of the most important thing when it comes to running a business. The customers.
